Team Connecticut’s philosophy is to provide the SERIOUS player with the instruction, competition, and exposure to play at the highest level she is capable of.
To provide these opportunities in the most cost effective manner possible.
To ensure player development through mandated minimum playing time. Minimum playing time will be one quarter of the tournament per player and every player will appear in each game. Players must be paid in full as well as having attended a minimum of 80% of the practices to ensure minimum playing time.
- We participate in more tournaments per team than other clubs. That’s more opportunities, more playing time, and more basketball for the cost!
- We assist with players’ travel expenses whenever possible thanks to our fundraising efforts.
- We offer high school athletes exposure to college opportunities through advocacy and sponsored events.
Our only exception: during elimination tournaments, players will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 minutes per game.
