Jack is one of the founders of Team Connecticut. Jack has developed the current format for the Connecticut District Tournament, and serves as tournament director for all Team Connecticut tournaments. At the State and National level, he is the Governor of the Connecticut AAU, the Girls Basketball Chair and serves on the Board of Directors for the AAU of the USA. Additionally, Jack has served as the past president for the Foxon Recreation League and Sal Tinari Biddy Basketball. His innovation and dedication to running the Connecticut AAU have taken that organization from under 500 members to almost 10,000. As co-director of Team Connecticut, he has helped develop many of the ideas that are used by most AAU clubs today. Jack works as the business manager for the Sound School in New Haven.
